'and Reveal to me every concealed secret' (from as-salat adh-Dhatiya). This is the motto of this section, which is for information and stories from Islam that was either told by great old Moslems or accepted and supported by Islam. It is also for the Sufi rare information told by the people of Allah. You can find all special expressions in the Glossary. We need your comments to develop this site for you.

One of the messengers with the firm will: Noah [PBUH] 2
He [PBUH] is the one with the rank of fear from Allah. That is why he told his nation to ask Allah for forgiveness: [And I have said: Seek pardon of your Lord. Lo! He was ever Forgiving ¤ He will let loose the sky for you in plenteous rain ¤ and will help you with wealth and sons, and will assign unto you gardens and will assign unto you rivers] Noah 71:10-12. Asking for forgiveness and repentance from Allah Almighty, is from fear of Allah and that is why Allah gave him the greatness. That is a rule [greatness comes from fear]. Of course we are talking about the fear from Allah the creator not the creations. Allah said: [Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them] as-Sajdah 32:16. So the more you fear Allah the more He gives you greatness in the eyes of every creature around you. The Prophet [PPBUH] said: (He who wept of fear from Allah, will not enter into Hell until milk goes back into udder. And two will never group together: dust from Jihad for the sake of Allah and the smoke from Hell). at-Turmozy, al-Bayhaqy, and Imam Ahmed. Al-Bazzar narrated that the Prophet [PPBUH] said: (Whoever shivers from the fear of Allah, his sins will fall from him as the leaves fall from an old tree).
Some people said in the interpretation of this verse that he was not a son of Noah but of his wife, and he was raised in Noah's house, so Noah became his father by raising him. Some people also said that he was illegitimate son, because Allah said he is of bad conduct. Some of them used the verse that said about the wives of Noah and Lout, that they betrayed there husbands. They forgot that adultery does not happen in the houses of the prophets, and the betrayal that Allah mentioned was a betrayal in religion, not in honor or dignity. I.e. when they were offered to believe in Allah, they refused and insisted on their fathers and their people's religions. The other opinion is that his bad conduct is his refusal to get on board with his father, because the condition that can make him catch up with his father is his belief. I.e. he has to have same faith as his father, even if his work was little. Allah said: [And they who believe and whose seed follow them in faith, We cause their seed to join them, and We deprive them of nought of their work. Every man is a pledge for that which he has earned] at-Tour 52:21.
It was narrated
that sayyduna Noah [PBUH]
wanted to know if the water began to sink off the land. So he sent
the crow to find out, but the crow found a carrion, while flying, so
it landed on it to eat. The crow was late to get back to sayyduna
Noah [PBUH]
for days. Sayyduna Noah got angry and asked Allah to punish it, so
it became hazy and it can not stay in one place. Sayyduna Noah [PBUH]
asked the other birds: Who would get me the news about the water and
land and does not do like the crow? The pigeon said: I would get you
the news, O prophet of Allah. The pigeon flew for an hour and came
back with a green leave in its mouth. When Sayyduna Noah [PBUH]
saw it he said: this is a leave from an olive tree. He knew that the
land is still covered with water. After a while he sent the pigeon
again, and this time it came back,
This is why sayyduna Noah [PBUH] was called the second father of all humans, not as some people say because he had eighty sons. He was the only prophet with no people because they all drowned. The only people left were his three sons, the four men, and the three girls.

Imam fakhreddin was asked: Some people say to us "Do not be dervish", they think that being dervish is something shameful.
They asked the Imam: What is the source of the word "dervish". The Imam said: There is an island in India by the name of "Wish". They get from there the jewels (in Arabic: dur) that they call "Washen". So the meaning of "dervish" is the "Dur" [jewels] that comes from the island of "Wish".
The Imam said: No one can do without the creatures. Even if you go out of town to the desert, is it not creature of Allah too? Of course. If we went to the mountain, is it not creature of Allah too? Everything is a creature of Allah. So how can he turns his face away from creatures? It cannot be done. But the clever one, is the one who block his heart from the notions. So lets think about that; the important thing is not the superficial look, but the essence. People judge others by their poorness or richness. So the poorer will be less honored and the richer higher. So people will buy their position among others with money, without even considering its source. In fact, a believer should judge others by the way they look, rather by their essence. The Prophet, al-Mostafa [PPBUH] said: (Allah does not look at your pictures or your money, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds) Muslim, al-Bayhaqy, Ibn Habban, as-Seyoti, and its agreed upon.
