A Book from the library

This book is the source from which all the books got Sidna gabar's talks about the priority of creating the prophet's Glorifying Light.

Al-Mosannaf [the Classified] of Abdel-Razak

This book was compiled by the great scholar Abu-Bakr Abdel-Raziq ibn Hamam al-Sancany. He was Born in 126 A.H and passed away 211A.H. It is call 'Al-Mosannaf' which means the Classified. It is one of the greatest Hadith books and contains a huge number of Hadith and stories.  Many scholars  of the prophetic Hadith and Fekh of the Islamic nation quoted a lot from this book such as Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Is-haq ibn Rahaway, Bokhari, Muslim and all founders of the Islamic fundamental sources. They did not even need to quote his narrators of Hadith, as the book is known for its accuracy, high class, and strict ascription. The book also gathered different ranks of Hadith like the ones directly related to the prophet and the ones related only to his companions. Al Zahaby described this book as "A Knowledge treasury" and it is more appropriate to call it "The Encyclopedia of Hadith and prophetic stories.

The Scientific council brought out this book and exerted a huge effort to attain a its copies and manuscripts. The researcher, Habib al-Aczamy says that all the copies they found were deficient except for a copy wrote by Morad Molla in Asetana (the capitol of old Turkey). This copy is a complete one except for small part at the very beginning. The researcher left a blank paper at the beginning of the book to signify the missing part. He invited the scholars and researchers to look for the missing part and fill it in the blank.

The missing part of [Al-Mosannaf]

This is the missing part of al-Mosannaf compiled by al-Hafaz Abdel-Razaq al-Sancany. This part was not found in the complete edition of the book as the researcher al-Aczamy indicated. Many recent scholars exerted a lot of efforts to obtain this part, but they could not find it neither in Yeman nor in Istanbul.

The researcher found this part as a manuscript written by one of the virtuous people, in India, whose name was Al-Said Mohamed Barakaty al-Kadary. He described the manuscript accurately which proves how he trusted it. He copied the manuscript, commented on it, classified its prophetic stories, explained the strange parts and related it to al-Mosannaf. He also described how he found it. The researcher was certain of the validity of the Hadith narrated by sayydina Gabber and its ascription. He found that the last printed edition of al-Mosannaf (the described above) is missing 10 chapters of the first part which are the contents of this book.

Another book from the Library

Imam Malak (Imam of the doctrine known by his name: "al-Malikiya") was known for his strong evidence and capable way in elicitation. That is why he was trusted by all the scholars to the extent that the recent Malikiya scholars did not have to mention any proof for the provisions of his doctrine as all scholars acknowledged Imam Malak's Fekh (knowledge). al-Mowatta' - written by him - is the fundamental book for his doctrine, while the reference book for it is al-Modawana al-Kobra (The Great document) in the third century. In al-Modawana al-Kobra, Sahnon ibn Sacid gathered thousands of cases quoted from Imam Malik and narrated by his student Abdel-Rahman ibn al-Kasem.

Imam Maliki based his doctrine on seventeen principles which are: the text of Qur'an, its lexical meaning, its proof, its conception, its likened issues and these same five principles in Sunna, then the consensus (of Muslim scholars), juristic analogy, acts of al-Medina inhabitants, views of the companions of prophet Mohammad [PPBUH], discretion, preventing bad pretext, and association.

All these scholars did not only depend on books and papers to develop their knowledge but they were actually mentored by the highly knowledgeable scholars of their time. It started with the Prophet's teaching and mentoring his companions (first generation), then the companions taught the followers (second generation), and so on from one generation of scholars to the other. Imam Malik was one of the greatest followers.

Khalil's Eklil [Garland]

Eklil Khalil is the explanation of the concise book of Khalil by the great scholar Mohamed al-Amir, the compiler of al-Magmoc (the collected) and other books about the principles of the Malikiya doctrine. Many books introduced explanations for al-Modawana al-Kobra till the scholar Khalil explained it in his book al-Tawdih (clarification). In the 18th century, he introduced his well-known short book Mokhtasar Khalil (the concise by Khalil) which became the reliable pretext for all Malikiya. It was translated to French language and was used in the French civil law. More than sixty explanation were introduced for Mokhtasar Khalil. Eklil Khalil is considered to be one of the easiest, the clearest composition, and the most concise explanation for Mokhtasar Khalil without any neglection.

The researcher of Eklil Khalil revised both the Egyptian and the European copies to recognize and avoid dissimilarities and distortion.
